The first half of Friday’s testimony was “A History of FTX, Presented by Samuel Bankman Fried.” For those who have been following the case over the past year, nothing is new. For those of us who have been tracking FTX since its founding, there are perhaps a few useful details but basically nothing new. But we’re not the target audience, we’re the jury. One overflow room attendee, who said she didn’t have much knowledge of FTX or Bankman-Fried, said she found it helpful. And I heard a few people at the end of the day on Friday saying they found Bankman-Fried’s version of events plausible.
