Sam Bankman-Fried, the co-founder of collapsed cryptocurrency exchange FTX, was sentenced today (Thursday) to 25 years in prison by Judge Louise Kaplan. Bankman-Fried was found guilty of multiple counts of wire fraud and conspiracy that caused crypto exchanges to collapse and investors to lose billions of dollars.
