The lawsuit, filed in Cobb County Superior Court on Nov. 1, lists six individuals as defendants: Timothy Shedd Jr., CEO of Hit Network (the company that owned Armstrong’s former channel); Timothy Shedd Sr., CFO, Hit Network; Justin Williams, CEO of Voomio; Alison Viveash, frequent Hit Network contributor; Nicholas Dimondi, Head of Content at Hit Network and Carlos Diaz, one of the company’s partners.
